1Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using Auroelic | Bot Music ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot.

2Description of Service

Auroelic | Bot Music is a Discord bot that streams music into voice channels, including queueing, playback controls, audio filters, and 24/7 playback for Premium servers. We also provide a web dashboard where you can log in with Discord to view your servers and add the Bot. The Bot and dashboard are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3User Conduct

You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Streaming or requesting content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Playing audio at disruptive volume, spamming commands, or otherwise abusing voice channels
• Attempting to exploit or abuse Bot or Premium features, including bypassing queue or playback limits
• Using the Bot or dashboard to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access the Bot's source code
• Automated scraping or data collection through the Bot or dashboard without permission

4Premium Subscription & Payment

Auroelic | Bot Music offers an optional Premium subscription, priced at $3.00 per 30 days per server. The following terms apply to Premium:

• Premium is purchased manually through a support ticket in our community Discord server, and is not processed automatically through the dashboard or Bot
• Premium is billed per server, not per user, and unlocks features only in the specific server it was purchased for
• Payment methods and confirmation of payment are arranged directly with our team through the ticket, and are not stored or processed by the Bot itself
• Premium automatically reverts to the Free plan after 30 days unless renewed through another ticket
• Purchases are generally non-refundable once Premium has been activated on a server, except where required by law or at our discretion

5Data Collection

The Bot may collect and store certain data as necessary to provide its services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.

6Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Auroelic | Bot Music or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This includes any interruption, delay, or unavailability of music playback, and any content streamed from third-party audio sources through the Bot.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
