1Information We Collect

Auroelic | Bot Music collects and stores the following information necessary to provide its music streaming and dashboard services:

• Discord account info: Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, obtained via Discord OAuth when you log in to the dashboard
• Server list: The list of servers you manage, used to show which servers you can add the Bot to or configure from the dashboard
• Server & channel IDs: To identify and configure music playback settings per server, including the 24/7 voice channel for Premium servers
• Music queue data: Song titles, requesters, and queue order, stored temporarily to operate playback, queueing, and skip/loop features
• Voice activity: Which voice channel the Bot is connected to, needed to join, play, and leave voice channels correctly
• Command usage: To improve bot functionality, diagnose playback issues, and troubleshoot errors
• Premium status: Which servers have an active Premium subscription and its expiration date

We do not collect or store the content of your text messages. The Bot does not read or log chat messages outside of the commands you send it.

2How We Use Information

The information we collect is used solely for:

• Providing and maintaining music playback, queueing, and other bot functionality
• Letting you log in to the dashboard and manage servers you administer
• Automatically adding you to our community Discord server when you log in, as described in the dashboard login flow
• Server-specific configuration and customization of the Bot
• Activating and tracking Premium features for the correct server
• Improving user experience and bot performance

3Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. We may share data only when required by law or to protect our rights and safety. Premium purchases are handled manually through a support ticket in our community Discord server; we do not process or store your payment card details, as payment is arranged directly between you and our team.

5Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Server data is automatically deleted when the bot is removed from a server. You may request data deletion by contacting us.

6Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to certain data processing activities

7Third-Party Services

To play music, the Bot retrieves audio from third-party streaming sources such as YouTube and Spotify based on the song or link you request. We do not control these platforms and encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

The Bot operates through Discord, and your use is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Bot or our support server.
